Have had Kat Byrne of Ray White Inner North manage a rental property for several years. Am extremely impressed with her thoroughness and responsiveness to me and the tenants. Any issues she is straight onto it with solutions. She has a depth of experience and is well connected with trades and able to get work done immediately (much quicker than when I have approached trades independently) and at competitive prices. Always provides good advice for consideration and goes above and beyond on every occasion.

Cally and Sinead have been incredible throughout my tenancy changeover. They have been managing my property in Perth and have done such a fantastic job. This is actually a well overdue review. When preparing to sell our property we met up with a few different agents and ended up going with Amy Grech from Ray White Inner North. From our first meeting we could see Amy knew what she was talking about and we felt very comfortable asking a million questions knowing she was happy to answer them all. Amy was always friendly and professional. Now, a year later when we were needing information for tax purposes Amy was still more than happy to take our calls and send through the information we required. Would highly recommend.
